without the bulk. Sized to hold 6 quarts, the oven combines stainless-steel
housing with a nonstick interior and a wrap-around heating element for moist,
even cooking. A domed aluminum lid with steam holes aids in self-basting, and
the heavy-gauge insert removes for simplified cleanup. Temperature control is
very straightforward--a clearly marked dial on the side rotates through the
oven's functions, setting temperature accordingly. In addition, the unit comes
with a chrome-plated stainless-steel roasting rack for better circulation during
baking and less fat in roasted meat. Sturdy without excessive weight, the oven
has stay-cool plastic side handles, and its brushed exterior is efficient if
plain. Altogether, the oven measures 16 by 11-1/2 by 9-1/4 inches. Nesco
