The Park Plaza Series is among the worlds finest stamped cutlery, and consist of: full tang, three rivet construction, extra wide chef's knife blades, professional camber for precision rocking. Steel: (stamped) 41/16 Krupp (Germany) High Carbon, Molybdenum-Vanadium, Chromium, No Stain Tool Steel, X55 CrMoV15. Handle: state-of-the-art, highly damage resistant material called Polyoxymethaline. Park Plaza knives are hardened to 56 Rockwell hardness C, making them hard enough to hold their edge for a long period of time, while it is easy to restore their edge with a steel.
