than stainless. This also makes the units with RAPID READ immediately
identifiable.
Then, the new RAPID READ technology uses a new microprocessor to process faster
the information coming up from the copper tip. The result is 4 seconds or less
to an accurate (+-3F) reading. In addition, the LCD indicates the fast
processing by flashing in sequence so the user feels it's fast and knows the
reading is imminent, and then it locks on and beeps.
