operates in upright or tilted position, providing you with a true gravity feed
(30-degree incline) option for versatility in slicing a wide variety of foods
including meats, cheeses, vegetables, fruits and breads. Its features include a
100 watt universal motor, gear drive, a large 7 inch (approx. 17 cm.) diameter
multi-purpose stainless steel blade, a cantilevered design convenient for larger
trays and easy clean-up and precision thickness control from deli-thin to 5/8
inch.
The food carriage retracts
fully so you can slice extra large roasts and other foods with ease. Key parts
are constructed of cast aluminum and stainless steel and rubber feet hold the
slicer firmly to the work surface for stability. A serving tray is included.
